From the word go, I have found all my interactions with every member of the Piper team to be clear, informative, helpful and friendly.
I think the service Piper provides pre-sale and post-sale is exceptional. I have felt like a valued customer, and that I have friends in the Piper team, I can call on if I need help or advice.
I have never once regretted buying our boat, and “buyer’s remorse” is a common problem I find with so many other items. We have been delighted since the day we first boarded, and the magic remains just as strong today.
The whole process of buying a boat at this level of investment is daunting. But your team remained focused at each step, providing me with clear choices and costs. They helped guide my decision-making to ensure the outcome we dreamed of was the outcome we got.
On the day of delivery and the day of commissioning the next day, one of the hottest days of the year, I stood by in awe as I watched Josh and colleagues work to get the boat ready for transport and then ready for cruising. Such hard and knowledgeable workers. One thing I particularly wanted to highlight was that after the boat had been commissioned, Josh and Vinnie then manually pumped up my tender in the full heat of a blazing hot afternoon! They had been on the road since 4 am and then stayed on into the late afternoon to ensure everything was finished.
I was truly impressed and grateful for this level of customer care and focus.
Obviously, when you have a novice like me on a complex boat like the 65M, there will be things I don’t understand and some teething issues. Whenever I felt the need, I was able to call the office, and on every occasion, I was helped. This is fantastic post-sales service.
The boat itself is just wonderful. Within a week of delivery I had a gentleman asking me to sell the boat to him! It looks fabulous, and so many people are kind enough to stop and say how much they like the boat. And living aboard is a joy. We wake up every morning to the garden of the Thames riverside and spend our days and evenings and nights in just as much comfort as we had living at home.
So we are delighted customers. Delighted with Che Bella Vita, delighted with the service we have received from the Piper team, delighted with the friendships we have developed on the river and with other owners, and delighted to have this whole new world opened up to us.
We couldn’t be any happier! What a wonderful life.
