For the past few years Simon and Andrea have been looking for a canal side property in France that could be used as a service/sales centre and have finally found something suitable in Saint Usage on the Canal de Bourgogne.
They have enlisted the help of a French business manager to support them in their new venture and plans have been submitted to acquire moorings/pontoons both on the canal and the lake behind the property.
The property requires renovating and will be turned into a Chamber D’hotes with a Sales Office offering service facilities.
