We have three boats in build at the moment, it makes for a very busy workshop!
We are nearing completion on the first launch of our new 12m cruiser. Manufacturing had been paused over the winter, whilst we were busy with boats being built for delivery to the EU pre Brexit. However, we are now back on schedule for a launch this spring. The ‘12C’ features a twin cabin interior, with a shared ensuite. The wheelhouse has a spacious saloon and galley arrangement which opens up onto the large exterior aft deck. Something a bit different to what we normally build! We are really excited for everyone to see the newest model in the Piper range, please watch out for news of the launch!
We also have a 49M Motor Class Dutch style barge in our fit-out workshop which will be finished just after Easter. Another one of our classic designs – it has the twin bedroom style layout with the ship style galley. The boat is for Steve and Gilly from Berkshire and will be moored on the Thames for the foreseeable future. The finished paint colour will be flame red, you won’t be able to miss it!
The newest boat into our fit-out workshop is our 55L, Luxemotor Class Dutch Style Barge. This has been one of the most popular boats in the last 18 months, in fact, there is another one on order for the end of the year. The 55L, Luxemotor Class Dutch Style Barge really has it all, twin master cabins, a generous open plan saloon and galley and that exterior sun deck with outside helm position. Perfect for the sun lovers! Work has just started on the interior so this boat should be launched in late May/early June. This boat is being built for Kevin and Lynn from Hampshire.
